  • Do I need an instrument to take this course?

Yes, to enhance your learning it is highly recommended to take this course with an instrument you play (optimized for recorder, flute, oboe, and violin).

  • Is this a theory and analysis course?

Although the course covers key concepts and compositional elements of Baroque sonatas, the focus lies more on playing techniques rather than in-depth score analysis.
